Confined BCAA Ingredients
L-Leucine (3,00mg) – the “king” of all amino acids, leucine is the chief BCAA that is an extremely potent stimulator of the mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway in the body that activates muscle protein synthesis. In other words, leucine is the anabolic trigger that kickstarts muscle recovery and growth in the body.
L-Isoleucine (1,000mg) – leucine’s “little brother”, isoleucine is another activator of the mTOR pathway in the body, though not quite as powerful as leucine. Isoleucine also enhances glucose uptake and utilization glucose during exercise, thereby supporting better energy production.
L-Valine (1,000mg) – the third arm of the BCAA trifecta, valine supports muscular endurance and combats fatigue during exercise. This amino acid also helps limit serotonin production during training, a neurotransmitter than enhances feelings of fatigue.
