This growth phase has been a fun one and very interesting. I’ve been able to pack a lot of muscle on while staying very lean. Can’t wait to push these last 6 weeks and see the finish products

Haven’t really shown any of my meals so I thought why not show you my favorite meal.

Post Workout
- 150 grams COR
- 40 grams of CPB WHEY @condemnedlabz
- 20 grams of Honey
- 25 grams of Rice Based Cereal
- 100 grams blueberries
