I took 1 capsule an hour before working out yesterday and sweat for a solid 2 hours. I took 2 today and am still sweating 4 hours later. I did a solid hour workout, took a shower, and have had to change my clothes 3 times and am going to have to again. I feel freezing cold with goose bumps all over but am sweating a ton! It is a very strange feeling, I will stick to taking 1 because 2 is making me feel miserable.
