Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation number and/or receipt number. Processing generally takes anywhere from 24-72 hours (please note extended processing time may occur during sale periods). Once your package has been picked up by our contracted carrier (USPS) you will receive tracking information via the email address used at checkout!

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Rahway, New Jersey. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with priority shipping in 2-5 business days.

Tracking updates given by USPS have been very inaccurate for the last year or so. If tracking says your package has been delivered but you have not received it yet, it may not arrive for a few days after that. This has often been the case.If there are issues with the delivery/tracking of your package, please contact the carrier. Once we ship out your package, delivery/tracking issues are out of our control. We work diligently around the clock to get orders out the same or next day.
