How to use

Take one (1) scoop with 8-12 oz of water intra workout. On-off days, take one (1) scoop any time of day.
I have recently started using this and like it, I put a scoop with 14 ounces of water and drink it while I workout. This is the only flavor I have tried but it is very pleasant in my opinion.
I'd argue that these are probably the best quality and best tasting (the new batch) EAAs I'm the game currently. I've tried so many brands but from flavoring to not dissolving you get a plethora of issues. Not with condemned labz. This stuff is awesome!
Love this product. There’s a lot of junk out there. But this is a good product made with the stuff you expect and what your paying for. Would recommend to anyone .
