I am the first female 125lb BAREKNUCKLE World Champion in history. I have been studying martial arts and boxing over half of my life and found a passion to improve myself everyday through it. As a youngster I was headed down a destructive path and my future didn't look promising, I didn't have much direction or desire for anything positive. Healthy lifestyle was not much of an interest to me, nor did I realize the importance it had. Through competition I learned to be the best and have a sound mind healthy choices were the key to my success and mental freedom. I'm grateful for the healthy industry and combat sports worked for giving me a serving chance at life and supporting me in becoming a world Champion.
