I’m a 26 year old open class bodybuilder who earned my IFBB pro card in 2021 when I won the Mr. USA title. I have had a strong passion for bodybuilding since I first stepped on stage 7 years ago, but my other passion is helping others achieve their physique and fitness goals. I have been online coaching competitors and lifestyle clients for several years now and is what I do full time outside of bodybuilding. I love being a part of the fitness industry, and will remain a part of it long after I’m done competing in bodybuilding!
Q&A
I started out at 18 years old after playing basketball my whole life and was tired of being the skinny guy. I just wanted to gain some strength and size. I got in the gym with some friends and my body responded very quickly. I was hooked. Eventually people at my gym talked me into competing in my first bodybuilding show in 2015 and from there my passion for bodybuilding only grew more and more.
My source of inspiration is my wife, my family, my faith in God, and wanting to excel at whatever I set out to do in life. I’ve always been a very hard worker, and I believe that’s because my “why” has always been on the forefront of my mind.
My favorite will always be pizza, but my body’s favorite is not. So my go to is sushi or burger and fries. Simple, but very satisfying and easier on the stomach. My go to dessert is cookies or doughnuts.
