I use competitor bodybuilding to challenge myself to my limits and I love everything about it. I always played sports throughout my life. My last year of high school I let things go. Job got in the way of taking care of myself and I became overweight and unhealthy. My girlfriend at the time cheated on me with a fitness Instructor.. which was just the right amount of motivation I needed to get myself into the gym. From that point on I went to battle with myself to see how much I can push the limits of my mind and body.
My source of inspiration in everything I do right now is my family. I want them to be proud of what we have built and accomplished as well as make sure that they will be taken care of for years to come.
Breakfast Food! Good pizza definitely is up there as well.
Desert: Chocolate chip cookies, Apple fritters.. they have to be crunchy though!
