Definitely recommend locked down Maximum Cellular Volumization with another flavored Pre-Workout of your choice. For me I like grape or strawberry lime flavored preworkout. Taking it by itself is okay but I feel it should be mixed with a preworkout of your choice since it has that natural sweetener flavor from the Glycer size + Creatine. Overall, it works really well and the pumps actually increases and you feel more endurance in your muscles capacity between sets. I wasn’t able to bench press 225lbs and my body weights 198 lbs but when I started training and eating right while using locked down I was surprised i bench 225lbs for 7 reps within a week and I lost a couple of pounds just from feeling pumped up achieving max workouts. I do sweat a lot taking it and it opens my airway passage so it’s easier to breath as well. Very good product and I am satisfied with it. My money wasn’t waisted I got the results I wanted and expected.

I was hoping this product would be great comparing to other products yet i was disappointed.... I don't believe I will be taking this product anymore after my first giant scoop :( it didn't give me any energy at all, maybe even reduced energy. 4 scoops of sugar would have done better for me at the time.
